Founder & Recruitment Director
Emily’s passion for the hospitality industry starting at the young age of 15 when she first joined the Marriott working weekends in the hotel’s restaurant. Moving to a fulltime role once she left school Emily continued her career in hotels moving to London for a stint before returning to Marriott where she continued her career into management. Her original dream was to be a Hotel GM by the time she was 30, but instead found a love for Hospitality Recruitment and has been doing that ever since!

Eliza brings a real mix of both front of house and back of house expertise working as both a chef, F&B Manager and General Manager
Now combining all of these experiences Eliza has now turned her hand to recruitment and focuses on both chef and management roles across the Home Counties

Dominique has been in hospitality for 15 years in London, Dubai & Surrey, from high street to premium brands in both restaurants and bars/nightclubs. She has now decided to put together her years of experience to find candidates their next perfect role and help clients secure and find their ideal employees.
