Founder & Recruitment Director
Emily’s passion for the hospitality industry starting at the young age of 15 when she first joined the Marriott working weekends in the hotel’s restaurant. Moving to a fulltime role once she left school Emily continued her career in hotels moving to London for a stint before returning to Marriott where she continued her career into management. Her original dream was to be a Hotel GM by the time she was 30, but instead found a love for Hospitality Recruitment and has been doing that ever since!

EMMA ANDREWS
Recruitment Manager
Emma is our resident afternoon tea aficionado and gin connoisseur, bringing her extensive recruiting experience from both the client and agency perspective to C&E Recruitment. Emma started her career in the hospitality sector, working in various front and back of house functions before moving into HR and Recruitment in the IT Sector. Now combining these two experiences, Emma spends her days working to connect the best hospitality professionals across all departments throughout the home counties and beyond!

Katie’s hospitality journey started almost by accident, while travelling in South Africa and Australia and where she really discovered her passion for bar work. When returning to the UK she continued her career into managing a beautiful pub in Hampshire. She then decided to combine her previous experience in the Recruitment and Hospitality sectors at C&E Recruitment.
